Gestalt Therapy

founded by Fritz Perls after the Second World War, focusses on direct and authentic experience and actively testing it during the therapeutic process. Emotions and inner pictures can be felt, seen and expressed. The self-concept changes and new options for action arise.

The Gestalt approach is defined by the trust into our ability to find new answers towards the challenges of life within ourselves.

Leonard Shaw, a direct student of Fritz Perls, lives and works in Seattle/USA. His lifework "Love and forgiveness" strongly inspires my work.
